Revolution in Mobile Phone Cases by Our Very Own Edward Snowden

If you remember the case of NSA in 2013 then the name Edward Snowden can click in your mind. He is one of the most famous whistleblowers in the corporate world. The techie is amazing with his mind and skills. And the latest proof of his skill is his new creation. Snowden along with Andrew ‘Bunnie’ Huang has come with an interesting idea for mobile phone cases. They named it introspection engine which is capable of tracing the phone’s applications such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and can detect when the data is shared by using these applications. He is claiming that this case can detect the transmission of information from mobile phones.
We all know that if our mobile phones are in airplane mode than the applications like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular transmission gets disabled. But both of these guys said that the statement is not 100%true. They said, “Malware packages, peddled by hackers at a price accessible to private individuals, can activate radios without any indication from the user interface,” and “Trusting a phone that has been hacked to go into airplane mode is like trusting a drunk person to judge if they are sober enough to drive.” Introspection engine is going to be a revolution in the world of mobile phone cases.
Snowden also said that “If you have a phone in your pocket that’s turned on, a long-lived record of your movements has been created. As a result of the way the cell network functions your device is constantly shouting into the air by means of radio signals a unique identity that validates you to the phone company. And this unique identity is not only saved by that phone company, but it can also be observed as it travels over the air by independent, even more, dangerous third parties.”

Although these mobile phone cases are not available to be distributed among the mass of people but it will be available soon, and once it is out in the market it will bring a new insight for everyone.
